Travel Nursing Job Details

• Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse – Float Pool (Travel Contract)
• Location: Milton, MA 02186 (Greater Boston area)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/09/2025 – End: 03/07/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts; every other weekend required
• Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,310 - $2,470
• Employment Type: Travel nursing contract
• Setting: On-site, hospital-based

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass ECG/Telemetry and medication tests during orientation
• Proficient in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care
• CCRN certification preferred
• No local travelers (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)
• No time off permitted during contract period

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Float within the hospital's Float Pool to support various patient care needs
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and manage IV infusions, including vasoactive and sedative agents
• Perform ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document all care provided in Epic EMR
