Responsibilities:

- Evaluate, Diagnose & Treat a Variety of Mental Health Areas
- Utilize EHR & Technology Platforms within the role
Qualifications:
- Active License (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW) in the State of Delivering Care
