- Outpatient ALS office setting
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- 100% adult patient population
- 100% outpatient practice
- Average of 6-7 clinic patients per day
- EPIC EMR
- Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers
- This is a full-time, permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Neurology or Palliative Care, Hospice, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care - REQUIRED
- Active NY license (or in process) - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Provider must be able to perform EMG/NCS and EEG (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- Previous physician work experience (not including training) with ALS (note # of years in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- Provider must be interested in providing general Neurological care (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
