- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatments within scope of practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Adhere to clinic protocols and comply with regulatory standards
Additional Information
- Requires current Oregon nurse practitioner license
- 2-3 years of experience as a nurse practitioner required
- Board certifications required: Family Medicine, Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP), Urgent Care
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
