COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrician (PED)
- Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $290,000
- Up to 30K sign on and 11K relocation
- Eligible for up to $60,000 in student loan repayment through state and federal programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY Pediatrician (PED)
- Flexible 3-day per week outpatient clinic schedule
- Shared call coverage with three other board-certified pediatricians
- Light inpatient duties including pediatric rounding and newborn delivery attendance
- Work alongside experienced family medicine and OB/GYN teams in a supportive rural setting

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Open to new graduates and experienced pediatricians
- Ideal candidate is comfortable practicing in a rural and underserved community
- Passionate about community-based medicine and continuity of care
