Unit Profile Facility Name: Havasu Regional Medical Center Floor: 2nd Floor Trauma Level: 3 Position Information: • Facility Department/Cost Center: 650 / 630 • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Registered Nurse • Specialty: ICU/IMC Float • Shift: 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: Rotating weekends • Required Certifications: ACLS (Preferred-TNCC, PALS) • Years of Experience: 1 year travel, 1-2 years ICU • Float Requirements: Float between ICU main, ICU Overflow, and IMC (stepdown unit) Unit Information: • Number of Beds: ICU - 16, IMC - 30 (including ICU Overflow) • Patient Ratios: ICU - 1:2, IMC 1:3,4 • Equipment: Baxter Infusion Pumps, GE Monitoring • EHR: Medhost • Supervisor: ICU - Katelyn Belt, IMC - Raine Hendrickson • Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Adult / Geriatric Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU / Critical Care • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Mixed ICU, Cardiac/ CVICU • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CABG, TAVR, STEMI, NSTEMI, Stroke, Trauma, cardiovascular, neuro, medical surgical ICU/IMC Dress Code: • Scrub Color: Black Scrubs Required: • Current State License • 2 Years Recent Acute Experience Please include candidate's full submittal packet LifePoint Health candidate submission form Resume Candidate Self Assessment Skills Checklist
