Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Critical Care position requiring recent CCU experience and an active IL RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) of a mid-to-large hospital
- Night 12-hour shifts, three shifts per week
- Assignment is 13 weeks
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing to complex coronary care patients
- Must be able to commit to the full 13-week assignment
- Holiday coverage will follow every other holiday rotation
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Recent experience working with CCU (coronary care) patients required
- Previous experience in a mid-to-large hospital setting is required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
