Daily Volume: patients Average 5 procedures
Call: Phone-only, low callback (average 1 3 times per week)

Key Procedures:

• Upper and lower GI endoscopy with biopsy

• Colonoscopy with polyp removal

• PEG placement

• Diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP Preferred not required

• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) Preferred not required

Support Staff: 1 APP on-site No clinic No resident supervision
Travel and Malpractice: Fully covered by vendor
