Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Travel PTA, you will:
Provide high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to support patient recovery.
Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered service in a critical access setting.
QualificationsActive Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Illinois (or compact if applicable).
Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
Current BLS certification.
Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred; Critical Access experience is a bonus.
Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
