MUST have EPIC experience (note clearly on submission to avoid delays) NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate is REQUIRED with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions (must be uploaded with traveler profile) 14-panel drug screen must be completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance – confirm your agency can run the full panel before submission Mandatory onboarding training (effective 1/1/2024): Welle Training (Verbal De-escalation bundle) OR CPI Training COVID vaccine: Encouraged, not required Unit Overview (Telemetry/Cardiac Unit) Beds: 16 | Ratio: 4:1 Population: Adult–Geriatric Unit Type: Remote Tele Requirements: Must interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms twice per shift Scrubs: Personal scrubs, any solid color (no designs/cartoons, no hoodies) Scheduling / Policies RTO: Must be submitted and approved at upload (max 5 days, less preferred). No RTO accepted after upload Cancellation: Up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with 2-hour notice Orientation: 8 hours (non-billable) OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25× Call/Charge: Not applicable
