We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens position in a hospital setting near Lincoln, NE. This role is available ASAP and offers a chance to join a well-supported team providing anesthesia care across a diverse range of procedures.
Position Overview:

- Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8-hour shifts are available

- Annual Surgeries: Approximately 3,600 inpatient and outpatient surgeries each year
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform anesthesia for various procedures including orthopedic, spine, gynecology, urology, and gastric bypass surgeries.
- Handle minimal vascular cases, with no pediatric cases involved.
- Work independently with backup support from an onsite anesthesiologist.
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with a supportive team of anesthesia providers, CRNAs, and anesthesia techs.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA, and PALS
- State License: Must be licensed in Nebraska, or willing to obtain licensure.
- Experience: Must be comfortable handling a variety of cases with a focus on independent work.
