Pay: $20–$33/hour, commensurate with experience (Average $24–$28/hour

RBT Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.

RBT Qualifications (Required)
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
