Salary and Benefits

• Base salary ranges from $270,000 for new graduates to $403,000 for experienced physicians (5 7 years); mid-range is approximately $336,000
• Annual bonus of $30,000 paid quarterly based on productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and pharmacy capture
• Health Insurance 95% employer-paid (coverage begins 60 days after start)

• Call stipend available
• $75,000 in loan repayment through NHSC for 2 years; FRAME program available (total forgiveness value exceeds $100,000)

Responsibilities

• Full-time position; outpatient women s health plus deliveries
• Typical hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Shared call rotation of 1 in 5 weeks; call may be 12 or 24 hours and can be split with another provider
• Deliver care across Clearwater, High Point, and South St. Pete locations
• Provide prenatal care, GYN exams, postpartum follow-up, and delivery management including vaginal and C-sections
• VBACs supported when clinically appropriate
• High-risk pregnancies are referred out
• No in-house ultrasound; patients are referred externally
• EPIC EMR system with DAX Co-Pilot documentation support

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or willing to obtain)
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• New graduates and experienced OB/GYNs encouraged to apply
