Anesthesiologist Opening Redding, CA Position Type: Full-TimeEmployment Options: K1 or 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: $450,000 - $550,000 annually (negotiable) About the Opportunity: Seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team as a key partner. This position offers flexibility with both permanent and locum tenens options, as well as an opportunity to shape your own schedule while working in a collegial and supportive environment. Responsibilities:Provide anesthesia services for a range of cases, including cardiac, orthopedic, general, and thoracic surgeries No trauma, obstetrics, or pediatrics Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery Participate in flexible call rotation (negotiable based on provider preference) Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and departmental goals Schedule:Monday-Friday Shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Flexible and negotiable call schedule Qualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology California medical license (or ability to obtain) Excellent clinical and communication skills Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $450,000-$550,000 per year, commensurate with experience Key Partner role from day one Employment options: W-2 or 1099 Independent Contractor Comprehensive benefits for employed physicians (health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage) Paid CME and vacation (for employed physicians) Relocation assistance and signing bonus available (for qualified candidates) About Redding, California: Located in the heart of Northern California, Redding offers breathtaking natural beauty with access to Shasta Lake, Lassen Volcanic National Park, and the Sacramento River Trail.
