Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-9 hour days + 1:4 on-call and weekends

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
Setting: Primarily outpatient, minimal inpatient
Responsibilities: Management of VAD/CV Catheters & Intrathecal chemo, participation in Tumor Board, order tests, prescribe treatment
Required Procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters & Intrathecal chemo
EMR System: Mosaiq
Support Staff: 4 APPs, 2 Radiation Oncologists
Days Per Month: 5-6 on-call days
On-Call/Weekends: 1:4 by phone only
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology or Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Iowa license or IMLC (or willing to obtain)
- BLS
- DEA certification
- CDS certification
