How many perm providers do they have MD’s/DO’s PA’S NP’s MA’s etc. 2 surgeons 4 PAs 1 NP 3. What Vein Harvesting system do they use? Vasoview Hemopro 2 4. Typical volume : 450-500 hearts/year 5. Are temp privs an option : Yes6. What EMR system do they use : Meditech ecw Approved Dates: 4/1/2025 - 12/31/2025
