Our job summary

This role is for a fully licensed Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician to provide outpatient mental healthcare in a hybrid setting, including telemedicine and in-person care. The physician will manage medication and psychotherapy for patients across the lifespan, with opportunities to engage in interventional psychiatry treatments. Top compensation up to $393K+ (no cap) + annual cash bonus incentive
100% outpatient - no nights, weekends, or hospital calls

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychiatrists that are:

Fully licensed in the state of Indiana, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
Interventional psychiatry experience a plus! Adding Ketamine and Spravato treatment in Q4 2025
Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.
