Active medical license in Wisconsin (WI) or an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license is mandatory. Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and ATLS are essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a fast-paced emergency medicine setting is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. A commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality, patient-centered care. An ACT 10 license (temporary Wisconsin medical license) is acceptable.
