The Associate, Client Service Management I at BNY is responsible for supporting end-to-end client service delivery, resolving day-to-day client issues, and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives. The role involves collaborating with internal partners, managing client satisfaction reporting, and participating in projects to streamline client operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of client service or financial services experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a client-focused, organized approach.

- Participate in the end-to-end client service delivery model and reports on client satisfaction.
- Participate in issue resolution of moderately complex day-to-day issues and engages internal partners as needed.
- Collect data on the execution of service commitments.
- Build their understanding of clients’ business.
- Serve as a project member on projects to help clients streamline their operating model across our franchise.
- Engage in a culture of continuous service improvement, including digital adoption.
- Build relationships with business partners.
- May engage in client service activities related to client service or sales support, including assisting in the creation of RFPs, KPIs or client documents by providing required data.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 2-3 years of total work experience preferred
- Client Service experience preferred
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Retirement account expertise preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- The ideal person should be well organized, as you will be client facing, providing excellent client service through professionalism, and personable traits of extraverted/outgoing, with a driven mentality.
