In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of design-related applications used by Product Development (PD) teams. You will act as the technical advocate for designers—finding new tools (including AI and 3D), troubleshooting Adobe and CAD software, and managing vendor relationships. If you have a background in design but a passion for how technology works "behind the scenes," this is the perfect role for you. Responsibilities: Application Support & TroubleshootingServe as the primary "first line of defense" for troubleshooting creative applications, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD, and 3D design tools.Diagnose workflow issues and technical glitches before escalating to internal IT or external vendors (e.g., Adobe support).Support hardware-related tasks, such as troubleshooting color calibration for printing software.Technology Implementation & InnovationResearch and pilot emerging technologies, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR), to see how they can enhance the design process.Manage the implementation lifecycle: identify business needs, meet with vendors, present solutions to stakeholders, and assist with contract execution.Drive user adoption by demoing new features and explaining the "why" behind new tools to the creative teams.Project Management & CollaborationAct as a project manager for software rollouts, coordinating between Product Development, IT, Global Sourcing, and Training teams.Develop and deliver training sessions to educate end-users on new software features and updates.Gather feedback from designers to understand their pain points and translate those needs into technical solutions.Qualifications:Education/Experience: 0–2+ years of experience. Recent college graduates with a mix of technical and creative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Technical Proficiency: Technical understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). AI Curiosity: An interest in Artificial Intelligence and a willingness to learn how to demo and implement AI tools in a corporate environment.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills.
