Requirements:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages
- Perform physical exams, assess and manage chronic and acute conditions
- Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive medicine, and lifestyle modification
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as appropriate
- Prescribe medications according to Nebraska statutes and professional guidelines
- Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals for coordinated care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance programs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and legible patient documentation within EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation and meetings with affiliate partners
