Opportunity Highlights
• Schedule: Starting January 2026 - Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm in outpatient clinic
• On-call: 8 weeknight ED call shifts/month (5 pm-7 am)
• Job Setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital-based call
• Types of Cases: ENT evaluations, outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
• Credentialing: Emergency privileges available with clean file. Typically 90 days.
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE Acceptable - Otolaryngology
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS; Illinois Controlled Substances license
• Licensure: IL Medical License
