- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, approximately 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical, surgical oncology, and trauma patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Document patient status and interventions accurately within the EMR system, including Epic.
- Utilize equipment such as bladder scanners, Phillips monitors, and telemetry systems.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols, including proper badge-in/out procedures and scrubs (navy blue).
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or a compact state; please specify the license state in comments.
- Minimum of 1 year recent Medical Surgical experience.
- BLS certification through AHA.
- Epic EMR experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Surgical oncology experience (not required but preferred).
- Experience working in hospitals with 200+ beds, level 2 or higher trauma centers.
