Job Highlights- Location: Near Youngstown, Ohio.
- Start Date: February 10, 2025.
- Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension.
- Shifts:
- Day: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM.
- Night: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM.
- Additional shifts may vary depending on site needs.
- Volume: Emergency Departments range from 15,000 to 48,000 annual visits.
- Certification:
- Must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
- Alternatively, board-certified Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Pediatric Medicine (PM) physicians with 7,000+ hours of ED experience.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency required.
- Trauma Levels: Varies from Level 2 to Level 4, based on the location.
- Support Services: Includes general surgery, cardiology, nephrology, orthopedics, and OB/GYN, among others.
- EMR System: Cerner. EMR training will be provided.
- Staffing: Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) collaborate to deliver high-quality care. APP supervision required.
- Competitive Compensation
- Flexible Scheduling: Minimum commitment of 2-3 shifts per month (local) or 3-4 shifts per month (traveling).
- Travel & Accommodations: Billable travel included.
- Orientation: Paid onboarding and EMR training.
- Must hold an active Ohio medical license.
- Vaccination requirements include TB/PPD, flu, Hep B, MMR, varicella, Tdap, and COVID-19.
- Critical care privileges are available for qualified candidates.
