How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Dynamic Clinical Agility: Deliver expert-level nursing care across high-acuity environments, including ICU, ED, and Telemetry. You will adapt seamlessly to diverse patient populations, implementing and monitoring complex care plans while executing physician orders with precision and clinical autonomy.
  • Real-Time Assessment & Action: Serve as the critical link in patient safety by monitoring, recording, and communicating rapid changes in patient condition. You’ll leverage your specialty expertise to assess needs on the fly and ensure every intervention aligns with the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
  • Multidisciplinary Leadership: Act as the central coordinator for the healthcare team, bridging gaps between disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient transitions. 

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
