Job/Practice Description:
- Infectious Disease Physician
- Location: Findlay, OH (1hr 30mins from Detroit)
- 100% infectious disease
- Blend of inpatient 70% and outpatient 30%
- Schedule: One week hospital service (hospital call, consults and return patients); One week 3 clinic days 8a-5p and two days off
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Office located on the hospital campus
- Patients have option to receive intravenous antibiotics at home, outpatient infusion center or nursing home
- Staff provide travel consultations, immunizations and immigration physicals
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties and interventional radiology
- 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
- Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
