Travel RN Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44113 (Ohio City district)
• Unit: 5D Orthopedic / Surgical (Med/Surg Telemetry)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Start Date: December 19, 2025
• End Date: March 20, 2026
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780 - $1910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license
• Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification before start date
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic/surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in orientation and required competency assessments
• Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare policies and procedures
