This position is for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care to patients of all ages in Idaho, particularly within Native American communities. The role requires an unrestricted state license, DEA registration, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. The physician will collaborate with a support staff including RNs, MAs, and CNAs to deliver comprehensive medical care in a professional and supportive environment.

- Family board certification or board eligibility
- Any Unrestricted State License and DEA
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- Patient Volume: 8-10
- All Ages Seen
- Certifications required - BLS, ACLS or PALS
- Experience requirements - 2 years preferred with knowledge of history, culture, and health needs of Native American communities
- Start date: Upon completion of Credentialing As soon as possible
- Credentialing: 30 days
- Support staff: RN, MA and CNA for all providers
