OTR Open Deck Company Drivers
- Drivers earn up to $105,000 per year*
- Average weekly pay: $1,700 - $2,200
- Mileage pay: 81 CPM
- Bonus opportunities and stop pay available
- Home weekly
- Primarily running Midwestern and Southern states
- Most loads are pre-loaded and secured
- Equipment: 2024 Freightliners & Kenworths equipped with APUs & upgraded trim packages
- Hauling Flatbed, Step deck, & RGN trailers
- No previous open deck experience required, training provided

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
- No DUIs in the last 5 years
- Must be 23 years of age or older
