Full-Time; 4 clinical days per week

Based at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Centers Leapfrog A/CMS 4-star facility

Clinic locations: Hinsdale and Bolingbrook

Weekday call rotation

1:6-8 weekend call coverage

Weekend call rounding at our Hospitals in Bolingbrook, Hinsdale and La Grange

Annual Compensation: $300,000 - $475,000

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
• Board Certified/Eligible, required
