Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with call 4-6 nights per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month. Guaranteed 8 hours per day with OT after 9 hours per day
- Job Setting: Telehealth
- Types of Cases: IDT, consultation and med consults, telehealth visits, CTIs. Call shared between Portland and Medford. Portland currently has 350 patients shared between providers
- Credentialing:
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Hospice and Palliative Care. If FM or IM, must have ample experience in hospice work
- Certifications: BLS
- Licensure: Active OR License, OR DEA, WA License, WA DEA
