UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent a Float Outpatient Family Medicine APN opportunity.

Float to different clinic locations depending on need at our clinics in the western suburbs, for short- and long-term assignments

1-3 years of experience as an APP in Family Medicine, required

Call coverage and Saturday clinic hours may be required depending on location

Annual Salary: $115K - $125K

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
• Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current Illinois license in good standing
• Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.
• Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification
• Current CPR certification
