Full-time, flexible shift model with physician self-scheduling. Location: Mississippi (community ~1.5 hrs from major metro). Permanent position; comprehensive benefits including 403(b) with up to 6% match; onsite lab and x-ray. - Minimum 2 years pediatric urgent care experience - MD/DO licensed to practice in Mississippi (or eligible) - Board-certified/eligible in Pediatrics or Family Medicine with pediatric experience - DEA registration (or ability to obtain) - Current BLS/ACLS/PALS as required

This 14,000 square foot Urgent Care clinic will have a separate Pediatric Unit: only one in entire region of the state.

• $400,000+ True Income Potential - Salary plus wRVU incentive plan
• $50k Sign on and Relo Reimbursement
• Seeking candidates with at least 2 years of Pediatric Urgent Care experience
• Flexible shift model with Physicians Self-Scheduling to maximize work/life balance
• Support staff will include RNs, LPNs, Med Tech, and Rad Tech - you can provide input in designing the staff
• Onsite Lab and Onsite X-ray
