The Chief of Medicine oversees all professional and administrative activities within the Medical Service Organization, including staff selection, orientation, and continuing education. This role coordinates interdepartmental and intradepartmental services and develops and implements policies and procedures. The position reports directly to the Chief of Staff to ensure efficient medical service operations.
