Minimum of 1 year of experience. Performs Evaluation including the following components as indicated by patient needs. Includes Orders, Diagnoses, History, Subjective Finding to include but not limited to: Patient Report of Pain, Patient/Family Goals, Prior Level of Function, Mental Status, Discharge Plan. Meets established departmental productivity standards, conserves resources, and recognizes the value of cost containment while maintaining quality standards. Consistently utilizes Mercy Service techniques in establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with all internal and external customers including co-workers as demonstrated by communication that is effective, friendly, helpful and appropriate in manner.
