Responsibilities
Provide excellent, evidence-based patient care while serving as clinical leader
Mentor and supervise APCs and care team members to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate across specialties (therapy, rehab, occupational medicine) to manage cases efficiently
Partner with practice leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, financial awareness, and patient satisfaction goals
Foster a professional, safe, and collaborative clinic environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, employers, and payers
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted medical license
DEA and dispensing license (or ability to obtain before start)
Board certified or board eligible (ABMS/AOA) preferred
Eligible for Medicare participation
FMCSA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain; training provided)
