Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay Range: $25–$30/hour
Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Afternoon cases only | 10–25 hours per week | Hours anywhere between 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Delivering high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy during afternoon hours
Following treatment plans designed by our BCBAs
Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (training provided)

Current RBT certification (or actively pursuing it)

Commitment to being available within the 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM window for 10–25 hours per week
