Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with adult echo and vascular registry credentials for a hospital-based day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care hospital setting as a member of the echo and cardiology team
• Day shift schedule with five 8-hour shifts per week from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Rotating weekends and on-call duties required
• Role focuses on adult echocardiography and vascular studies
• Pediatric experience is considered a bonus but not required
• Responsibilities include performing adult cardiac and vascular ultrasound studies
• Potential for additional responsibilities if candidate is skilled in pediatric echo
• On-call and weekend coverage are part of the regular rotation

Requirements

• Must be registered in echocardiography (ARDMS with RDCS or RCS) and vascular (RVT or RCS) for adult studies
• Candidates with CCI/vascular registry only may be considered if competent in echo procedures
• Current certifications must be included for consideration
• Two supervisory references from the last three years of employment are required
• License required if applicable
