This opportunity is with a respected outpatient clinic delivering patient-centered primary care.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $195,000 to $210,000 annually (based on experience)

- 457(b) plan company matches 50% of contributions up to the IRS maximum (must be on track to max out 403(b
- CME allowance $1,500 per year (can be used for CME, licensure, and DEA expenses)
- Up to 5 additional admin days per year for CME activities
- Relocation assistance $1,000 available
- Malpractice insurance fully covered
- Full support staff
- No nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities
- Onsite provider role (no remote work)
Responsibilities
- Full-time, Monday Friday schedule
- Target patient volume: 16 patients per day
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
