- Contract Length: Ongoing until a permanent provider is hired
- Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Call rotation every 3rd or 4th week
- Observed holidays included in coverage
Work Environment- Provide services across two acute care hospitals and an outpatient center.
- Patient population includes all ages.
- Bread-and-butter interventional radiology procedures with up to 25% diagnostic imaging in workflow.
- Support from two additional interventional radiologists.
Requirements- Board Certification: Required
- Licenses & Certifications: Must hold an active state medical license, DEA, and CSR. Fellowship training is mandatory.
- Experience: Must be competent in diagnostic imaging studies (MR, CT, US, Nuclear Medicine).
- References: Three references required (one MD and two peers).
- Other: Candidates must adhere to the tobacco- and nicotine-free policy.
Additional Information- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days.
- COVID-19 vaccine is required (no exemptions).
- Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable).
