What You’ll Do
A pelvic health physical therapist at Ivy Rehab specializes in evaluating and treating conditions related to the pelvic floor muscles to improve comfort and daily function. They help people with issues like bladder or bowel problems, pelvic pain, core weakness, and recovery after childbirth or pelvic surgery. Treatment is personalized and may include education, gentle hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, and guidance on healthy movement and habits, all with a strong focus on patient comfort and privacy.
