Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist at our flagship location in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Join our busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department including fellowship-trained surgeons. Marshfield Clinic Health System has the longest continuous running ENT program in Wisconsin!

• Call coverage is 1:4 with PA Support
• Fully remodeled clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment
• 2 dedicated procedure rooms
• 3 Physician Assistants
• Audiology Department adjacent to ENT Department
• Speech Pathology onsite performs swallowing studies
• Vestibular Lab for dizziness testing
• Collaboration with Plastic Surgery, Pathology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology as well as over 170 other specialties and sub-specialties to support patient care

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary
  • Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
  • In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
• 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
