Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Must satisfy State of Alaska Licensing, Assisted Living Homes background records and fingerprint check criteria.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the area of orthopedics.
