Mercyhealth System in Dixon Illinois is currently seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our excellent team of collaborating Physicians throughout the Rockford Illinois Region!
Opportunity: Build your individual practice as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders and support staff. HPSA- National Interest Waiver and H1b supported 4-4.5 days per week, flexible scheduling 100% Outpatient Setting EPIC EMR Vast multi-specialty referral sources 501c3 non-for-profit Mercyhealth System Primary Care
Qualifications: MD/DO board certified/board eligible Residency training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team Skilled at providing exceptional care for all ages
