Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health travel contract opportunity supporting patients in Neenah, WI.
Important Requirements:
- RN must have WI license or compact to apply.
- RN needs at least 12 Months Home Health experience within the last 3 years.
- HCHB and Oasis is required as well.
Pay:- $2,326.00 (Travel pay package)
- Local pay package available
- Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel
Work Schedule:
- 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- 40 hours per week
- Territory: Appleton and surrounding areas
- No weekends or on call
Contract Details:- 13 week contract (possible extension)
- Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
Job Details
- Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home – enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
- Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
- Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Current RN License
- Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
- OASIS experience required
- Hands-on HCHB experience required
- Current driver's license
- American Heart Association BLS
