Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting various shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead
Location: Phillipsburg, NJ
Pay Range: $19-23/hourly
Shift: 7am-3:30pm (1st shift)
12pm-9pm (2nd shift
- Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with two days off alternating weekly
- Overtime as needed
What's the Job?
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to meet productivity goals
- Assist in training new employees and maintaining safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency
What's Needed?
- Ability to communicate effectively in bilingual settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required
