Are you a skilled hands-on assembler with a strong background in mechanical and electrical assembly? We are looking for a detail-oriented Equipment Assembler to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you will assemble small to medium-sized equipment to high-quality standards, working from schematics, technical diagrams, and assembly instructions. What You’ll Do
- Assemble subassemblies and final products using technical schematics, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
- Identify and correct assembly issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation for all assembly tasks
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams for continuous improvement
- Train or assist peers and junior assemblers as needed
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly
- Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and quality standards
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
