We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens opportunity in Ohio. This assignment begins on Feb 9, 2026, spans 60 days, and features day shifts from 8a-5p, Monday through Friday. The practitioner will provide home visits for an assigned patient panel, collaborate with a full care team, and assist in urgent care coverage. Candidates with primary care, urgent care, and acute care experience are encouraged to apply, especially those experienced with community health and underserved populations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct home visits for an assigned patient panel
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Provide coverage in the urgent care setting as needed

Additional Information

• Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license required
• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
• Minimum 2-3 years of primary care or urgent care experience
• Community health and underserved patient population experience preferred
• Acute care experience is a significant plus
