Greenfield, IN: NP or PA, Ages 2+ (population under consideration so may take an Adult NP), 2 MAs in clinic, OccMed (Audios, Non-DOT and DOT Drug Testing) & Workers Comp experience req'd, Services include annual biometrics/Health Risk Assessments for associates.

1/16-4/28 Mon-Fri 7a-4p

Greenfield, IN: NP or PA, Ages 6 weeks and up, MA also onsite, Wellness programs, Dispensing

1/3, 1/16 7a-4p all shifts

1/26, 1/30-2/2 7a-6p all shifts

DESCRIPTION

On-site clinics for employees and family members

Ages 6 weeks and up, seeing employees and their dependents

Avg 2-3 patients per hour

Possible 2nd location (can be done virtually at the clinic)

Primary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care

EMR: eCW (eClinicalWorks)

REQUIREMENTS:

2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting

Experience in Urgent Care or OccMed is a plus

BLS and/or ACLS required

IN Active State License

Must be comfortable with all ages
