A well-established urology group in Huntsville, AL is recruiting a Urologist to join nine physicians with PA/NP support, offering a Monday–Thursday plus half-day Friday clinical schedule and ~1–1.5 days/week OR (including two da Vinci robots). The position features a predictable 1:5 call rotation, competitive compensation up to $500,000 with benefits, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and a clear partnership track within three years. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Urology, open to new grads or those with up to five years’ experience; visa sponsorship is not available.

Candidate Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in Urology (per bylaws)
Open to new graduates or up to five years of experience
American and international medical graduates welcome (must be eligible to work in the US - visa sponsorship not available)
A robotic fellowship is a plus, but it won't be required.
